Do you accept my insurance?

We accept the following insurance plans:

BWC (Workers' Comp), Medical Mutual, Medicare, Caresource, Molina, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Personal Injury (car accident)

If your insurance is not listed above or you don't have insurance, we also have cash pay options available. You may not use the cash pay option if we are in network with your insurance. Please call our office to discuss cash pay options: 440-502-5117.

Do I have a co-pay or owe money?

It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to see if you owe a copay. Due to insurance processing time, it could take 6-8 weeks for us to see what you owe per visit, if any. If you have additional questions about payment, please call our office at 440-502-5117.

Do you offer massage therapy?

We offer hands-on treatment as part of our physical therapy services. During your initial evaluation, our physical therapist, Anthony D. Plescia, will discuss what type of hands-on treatment is best for your condition, if any.

As a separate service, we offer relaxation massage performed by a licensed massage therapist. We also offer body work, which includes a full examination by a physical therapist, deep tissue work, and stretches for an elevated experience.

Service prices include:

Relaxation: $30 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes

Body Work: $80 for 60 minutes

Unfortunately, we do not offer home health therapy at this time.
