Dr. Anthony Plescia is a true native son of Cleveland, where blue collared foundations were set in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood. Anthony is a life long athlete, who loves the outdoors and practicing yoga. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Health Science Program. In 2008, Anthony was accepted into the prestigious Cleveland State Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Through hard work and dedication, he earned his Doctoral Degree in 2011.
Dr. Plescia successfully opened and grew professional practices in Northeast Ohio. Compassion and gratitude have been the keys to success. Anthony truly loves helping people and watching them achieve their physical and functional goals.
Nicole DeCore was born and raised on Clevelands west side. She studied at Holy Name high school, Cuyahoga Community College and Remington College, where she obtained her degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Nicole grew up involved in various sports such as basketball, softball, soccer and competitive skating which took her all over the United States. Nicole's love for sports and passion for helping people led her to her career in physical therapy. She is very active in the fitness world, helping her husband run his Martial Arts Studio as well as opening up a fitness business.
Nikki feels that it is very important to stay well versed in all aspects of therapy and work, such as outpatient, skilled nursing, home health and recovering athletic rehab. She enjoys her job every day and feels a sense of accomplishment that she works helping others achieve goals and a more functional, better quality of life.
A graduate of Mentor High School and lifetime east-sider, Anthony has been an athlete since he was young, playing football, basketball and running track. He stays active by playing co-ed softball and enjoys meditating and keeping the body and mind in unison. He received his Bachelors Degree from Bowling Green in 2013 in Applied Health Science. After BG, he attended South University where he graduated cum laude with an Associate of Science Degree Allied Health Science and became a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Anthony started as a student at All Around Physical Therapy during his externship clinicals with South University and upon graduation was hired on as a PTA. He is thankful he can increase the functional quality of life for his patients so that they can return to their every day lives after therapy.
Maria graduated from Lake Catholic High School and graduated as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from South University. Maria enjoys working with patients and the wellness aspect of her career. She owns a wellness business that helps people build healthy habits called "Maria Fitnezz" with a Youtube Channel and habit tracking journals. Always staying active, she enjoys running, reading and spending time with her dog.
Shannon attended South University where she earned her Associates degree to become a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2018. Shannon developed a passion in physical therapy as a young athlete and working as an aide in school for kids on the autism spectrum. After a successful high-school career in volleyball, Shannon moved on to play division III volleyball at Baldwin-Wallace, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in communication disorders. Shannon’s clinical skills focus on sports rehabilitation, general orthopedic pain/injury. In addition, she has a special interest in working with young athletes and ACL injuries. Shannon loves helping people reach goals by incorporating physical, mental and occupational aspects of therapy into her treatment session.
For 25 years, Kathy ran a fitness business, All Around Fitness. After retirement, the name was passed to her son Anthony Plescia, the owner of All Around Physical Therapy & Wellness.
Kathy helps with the wellness side of treatment, helping with lifestyle changes and reiki sessions. She says her specialty is "adding a Mother's Touch to therapy!" and loves being a part of the family environment that All Around Physical Therapy is known for.
Julia enjoys being a part of the All Around Physical Therapy & Wellness family and interacting with patients. She helps with numerous jobs at AAPT and always makes sure the office is neat, tidy and ready for patients.
A world traveler, Julia likes to vacation in new places, hang with her two cats Cheeto & Bella and spend time with her family.
